This isn't my post.
Instead, I feel the need to help spread the word and remind ourselves on how much extra caution we should all take when purchasing circle lenses, or contact lenses of any sort.
As an avid, obsessive, lensaholic, I'm still very weary about where I get my lenses from and I only purchase from a select few stores. Really, only two or three regularly.
I strongly believe and will support a company that stands on moral ground and has good business ethics, that genuinely cares for their customers well being, rather than just looking to make a buck and get a good review. A company that will NOT resort to excuses, and would rather find a solution when said situations arise.
After reading about [HYSTERICMINT]'s unfortunate experience, it made me learn and know more when it comes to a company's business ethics, what they're about, and what to expect should a problem surface. It is definitely an eye opener and makes me think thrice on where to purchase my lenses from now on. Also, before even being sponsored a pair of lenses, or purchasing a pair of lenses, to further my research on a company, their reviews (specifically and more importantly, from non-sponsorees).
If you wear lenses like me, and have the time, I strongly urge you to take a few minutes out of your day and read her story.
Till next time,
Sara.
