I do have some opinion on quite of few of them already, so my thoughts will go along with the picture...
Clockwise from top: L.A. Colors Mineral Blush in 'Tickled Pink', Nyx powder blush in 'Cinnamon', Milani Minerals Blush in 'Mai Tai', Nyx powder blush in 'Bourgeois Pig', Forever21 'Love & Beauty'.
Center: Nyx powder blush in 'Red'
NYX 'BOURGEOIS PIG'
I have been using this one more than the others. Well, because it gives a nice flushed look. It's a very wearable colour and very natural. Pigment and feel is good. The hand feel of the Nyx blushes is finer than of the others, which is good. Wear is okay, after two hours or so I touch up. I don't wear a creme blush underneath, but I should. Too lazy! But, I do really like this one.
I bought this in hopes it would replace my broken Nars Taj Mahal. Sadly, I don't think anything will, haha. This is still a great blush though. Very suited for summer or fall. It is very pigmented, so don't go overboard or you'll look like an Oompa Loompa. It gives a nice, warm look overall. It's very matte, no shimmer. In fact, none of the Nyx blushes I bought have shimmer. I think it goes well with those who are olive toned or have a nice tan. I don't know how it'l look on someone fairer...
L.A. COLORS 'TICKLED PINK'
Least favourite of the bunch. The blush isn't the most pigmented and has a bit of sheen in it. I don't know if you can see the 'sheen' from the swatch line. The color is blue based, more cool toned and honestly doesn't go well with olive or medium skin folk... me. I think this would look great on someone who is more fair and has rosy tones to their skin. Hand feel is more chalky or velvety, definitely a heavier feel to it just by swatching my finger across the pan.
Pigmented! Product pickup is easy and feels more like the Nyx blush, finer. This is great for rosy flush look. However, with this I find it doesn't wear as long as the Nyx blushes. Great blush for summer or fall too!
Another pigmented blush! I bought this after swatching Nars' 'Exhibit A', which is a beautiful red blush. However, price comparison made me choose the other. This also, is great for rosy flush look. But, this lasts alot longer than the previous blush, Mai-Tai. I've worn this blush to work and it lasted me about six hours without touchups or any primer or cream blush underneath. Definitely a great blush and alternative to the more expensive brands.
FOREVER 21 BLUSH 'LOVE & BEAUTY'
Hand feel is similar to the LA colors 'Tickled Pink' but better and result is similar to Nyx 'Bourgeois Pig'. I really like this blush. It's pretty pigmented and lasts a few hours. It was really cheap too! I paid under 4$ for it.
Forever 21 blush is very similar to the Nyx Bourgeois Pig...both are great blushes.
Have you tried any of these blushes?? What are your thoughts?
