As an avid, obsessive, lensaholic, I'm still very weary about where I get my lenses from and I only purchase from a select few stores. Really, only two or three regularly.
I strongly believe and will support a company that stands on moral ground and has good business ethics, that genuinely cares for their customers well being, rather than just looking to make a buck and get a good review. A company that will NOT resort to excuses, and would rather find a solution when said situations arise.

Also, before even being sponsored a pair of lenses, or purchasing a pair of lenses, to further my research on a company, their reviews (specifically and more importantly, from non-sponsorees).
If you wear lenses like me, and have the time, I strongly urge you to take a few minutes out of your day and read her story.
