Hello!
Gonna share a little DIY project I attempted last weekend - DIY light tent.
What is it?
"LIGHT TENT - Translucent fabric attached to a frame that
surrounds a subject. Typically used to reduce reflection from highly
reflective subjects. The light source is outside the enclosure, but the
lens pokes through a hole in the fabric" - Photographytips.com
A light tent is something I have wanted to have for awhile but I didn't want to lighten my wallet. So I searched online on simple DIY projects which cost a fraction of the price for the same result. It is pretty much free, if you just do it yourself. The tools and items you need are most likely laying around your house; unloved, unused.
The first, easy tutorial I came across was from here.
The tutorial is brief yet thorough. I will try to be a little more brief and hopefully as thorough through my post. Definitely check out the link though. They have several other DIY lighting tutorials that won't break your bank.
