REVIEW: Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara

Quick review. I recently started using Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara to strengthen my lashes.
My lashes were incredibly long for a while because I used something similar to Latisse. But that's another post. For now, I'm just gonna share some of my results from this mascara. I'm hoping to do a follow up within a few months time to see if this really works. I've only been on this mascara for a week.

Some of you have already commented on my "wispy" lashes..^^. Well, there isn't much to it. My lashes aren't really that long, but they're a good length to play up on... :D
My secret...curl, one coat, comb, curl, two coat, comb, curl.

So far, I like this mascara. It's not clumpy or gooey.

DARE TO WEAR: HIV/AIDS CHARITY (Hosted by Funny Face Beauty)

Hello bloggers!

This post is to help raise money for the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which is a community focused on helping those affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa.

Who They Are:
"The Stephen Lewis Foundation (SLF) supports community-based organizations that are turning the tide of HIV/AIDS in Africa. They provide care to women who are ill and struggling to survive; assist orphans and other AIDS affected children; reach heroic grandmothers who almost single-handedly care for their orphan grandchildren; and sustain associations of people living with HIV and AIDS. Since 2003, SLF has supported hundreds of community-level initiatives in 15 countries. "

Fabulous beauty blogger, Funny Face Beauty holds "Dare to Wear" challenges where other beauty bloggers can recreate a look. This time she is holding a "Dare to Remember" challenge, and...

- for every creation she will donate 1$ to the Stephen Lewis Foundation. But, for the first 10 people to take on the challenge her parents will match her 1$. So that'll be 3$.

But WAIT! gets better.

- for 20 people the donation that's 4$
- for 30 people, 5$

Pretty cool huh?

Mini Haul, Art Nook, & Package arrival.

Just a quick post of my weekend events...

+ I got around to organizing and creating my little Art Nook.
Before it was just a storage area by my kitch, holding a rotisserie oven, mirror, and papers. It was just wasted space and I slowly started drawing again, so what better way to keep me going!

My Nook: I do have a chair it's
just out of the way...

LENS REVIEW: ColorNova Gray

These are like 3 tone Nudy grays. But they aren't like the Geo Nudy Golden Blues (also 3 tone) where all three colors are mixed. The Colornova grays have a yellow like starburst closest to the pupil, then gray, then a dark grayish limbal ring. What I like most about these is I guess they give a bigger halo than my regular nudies.
Indoors: Natural Light / No Flash
